We are looking for an experienced Commercial Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team on a permanent basis. You will provide support to the Commercial Finance Director, providing Financial Leadership to the Commercial Sales Team to enable effective decision making. You will translate business performance into visions, helping to take appropriate corrective actions and leverage what is working. This position will require flexible working hours to suit the Asia Pacific region. 

You will be required to contribute to strategy development, strategy execution and the delivery of business and financial targets, supporting the long term financial planning process; the annual budgeting process; the reforecasting process and the monthly reporting process for the Region. You would be responsible for ensuring data is factual and that the commercial team is in compliance with all governance policies. 

This role will require you to deliver comprehensive, accurate and informative information to feed the commercial organisation at all levels. This includes coaching ASMs and ASDs regarding how to report, structure and communicate their results as well as their budgets, forecasts, outlooks for the year to come as well as longer term processes. You will be responsible for providing monthly / quarterly / annual timelines and ensure reports systemised. Manage planning process & systems, actively participate and contribute to the monthly demand planning cycle and support growth: lead evaluations for new opportunities within existing portfolio and provide country and customer profitability assessments and NPD projects. You will provide financial support and strategic focus on financial objectives, acting as a true-business partner to drive improvements and support and manage change within the organisation, this will include coaching ASMs and ASDs regarding how to analyse their business model and customer/distributor models to improve its performance both for growth and profitability. 

To be successful in the positions you will ideally have Commercial Financial business partner experience within a blue-chip company. You must have experience leading change in financial and commercial processes and behaviors with the ability to challenge status quo/prevailing practices and work within a multicultural business environment. Influencing skills are essential within this position as you will be required to educate internal and external stakeholders. You must have exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to pro-actively contribute to create a culture that is solutions led and internationally tuned into its customer base. The ideal individual for this position should be able to work at ease within a multicultural business environment, ideally with verbal and written skills in more than one language.
