About the Role:

The Customer Service Coordinator will assist with the order intake & fulfilment process, administrative & demand planning for the sales team and build a strong rapport with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the order intake and fulfillment process, including price, address, credit check.
  • Maintains good customer relationships.
  • Ensures customer order and sample requests are fulfilled.
  • Responds to customer information requests in a timely manner.
  • Provides daily sales and inventory analysis.
  • Provides administrative and demand planning support.
  • Communicates cross-functionally.

About You:

Experience:

  • Some sales or customer service experience is desirable

Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder communication.
  • English written and verbal skills.
  • Well organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize.
  • Able to work independently and as part of team.

Knowledge:

  • Order process, demand planning and logistics.
  • CRM and MS Office including JDE, Outlook, Excel, Word.
