About the role
Reporting to the Global Head of Manufacturing, you will form as part of our Senior Global Supply Chain Team. Overseeing the operations of our 2 Czech sites in Jilemnice and Slavkov you will maintain a safe and healthy working environment. Execute the strategy by setting goals and objectives to ensure that all aspects of the operational business are running efficiently. Achieve targets on controlling cost, exceeding customer quality and service expectations. Build agility and flexibility into the supply chain to support new opportunities for growth and develop people within the operational group.

About you
Experience:
Track record of results. Experience in different functional areas demonstrated over a period of time. Ability to work across different cultures and different disciplines.
Skills:
Strong communicator with good verbal and written skills. Influencing skills within the organisation and with external bodies. Lead local / global teams through change. Proven organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills. Sound people skills.
Knowledge:
Strong problem-solving skills and operating at a senior management level.
