About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the Planning, Warehouse and Distribution department delivers the service required to support delivery of business objectives.

 Responsibilities

  • Attend and contribute to the monthly approval process on any new GBD projects
  • Attend and contribute to the monthly stock provisions and Scrap meeting with Sales
  • Attend and contribute to the weekly site leadership review
  • Facilitates monthly site capability review process
  • Contributes to the global IBP process, including scenario planning and continuous improvement activity
  • Monitor and report on performance to plan, including production actuals vs planned updates along with any risks
  • Support development of contingency plans to mitigate risks
  • Provide cycle counts quarterly and physical inventory list at year end
  • Work within budget while managing the warehouse spend
  • Champion the safety culture at Devro by identifying unsafe conditions and reporting any accidents
  • Run continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis investigation to drive out waste, injury and cost from the business

About you

  • Manufacturing and Supply Planning experience is required
  • S&OP/IBP knowledge
  • Warehouse Management experience
  • Inventory Management experience
  • Budget setting and delivery experience
  • Strong Excel capability is required
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the Planning, Warehouse and Distribution department delivers the service required to support delivery of business objectives.
