About the role

To plan and execute innovation projects and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget and are aligned with our business goals. If you have experience delivering on technically complex projects, with a collaborative, flexible and results-driven approach, this could be the role for you.

As a Project Manager in the Innovation Acceleration Team, you will manage and oversee explorative projects with the objective to discover new technologies or products through experimentation on a lab and pilot scale. You will also be responsible for product or technology development projects with the objective to launch or implement new products or technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives and deliverables
  • Manage budgets, timelines and project resources effectively
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams
  • Communicate with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and issues
  • Identify and manage risks
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality requirements and stakeholder expectation

About you

  • Degree qualified in a related field e.g. chemical or process engineering, food technology, physics, chemistry biotechnology is required
  • Professional project management certificate is desirable but not essential e.g. APM, PMP or PRINCE2
  • Extensive end to end project management experience and with a proven track record in successfully delivering on technically complex projects
  • Familiar with agile methodology or other PM methodologies
  • Must have a collaborative, organised and results-driven approach
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills
  • Stakeholder management experience with excellent communication skills
