We are searching for a Quality Complaints Co-ordinator within our Supply Chain team. We know you share our Purpose and Values, so if you feel that you have experience and skills we need, please see below for more details.
About the role:
Experience:
Experience of working with customer complaints/customer facing role. Good knowledge of Intelex required.
Experience of using problem solving tools. Good knowledge of the product quality standards required.
Skills:
Demonstrable problem-solving skills. Computer literate with the ability to innovate and have a scientific approach to work. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to meet deadlines, working either independently or as part of a team.
Document management in ensuring appropriate records are maintained in compliance with legal requirements.
Knowledge:
Qualified to degree level within a food, science, or engineering discipline.
