We are searching for a Sales and Customer Support Leader. We know you share our purpose and values, so if you feel that you have experience and skills we need, please read the job role information below.

About the role:

  • Demand planning process
  • Order taking and fulfilment check
  • Customer complaint resolution
  • Building & maintaining rapport and product confidence with customers and internal and external stakeholders that allow the position to be the voice of the Customers and Sales
  • Manages the communication & resolution of potential issues and any existing problems on behalf of the Customer to the relevant parties.
  • Maintains good customer relationships while managing the order intake process
  • Manages regional customer service teams.

About you:

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to clearly present key issues and recommended actions
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and refined relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical thinking capabilities and creative problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Robust knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning and logistics management.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • 3+ years of customer service and sales experience
