About the Role

Join us in this new Sales Support position, providing comprehensive assistance to the commercial department. You will receive technical training on product specifications and on how our products are applied within customers’ production processes. This role is designed to offer opportunities for progression into a more senior commercial position.

Key Responsibilities

• Search for new customers and manage relationships with existing ones.
• Promote and offer VH Devro products.
• Assist and coordinate activities with sales representatives.
• Calculate sales commissions.
• Receive and enter sales orders, submit them to production, coordinate order dispatch, and keep customers informed of order status.
• Communicate updates to customers and representatives regarding price lists or other commercial terms.
• Receive customer claims and manage follow-up actions.
• Visit customers and suppliers as required.
• Prepare sales reports and other analyses, such as product performance reports for customers.

About You

• Commercial and technical orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Advanced level of English.
• Technical degree or background related to the food industry.
• Own vehicle.
• High availability for travel to visit customers and suppliers.
• Resident in Buenos Aires.
• Experience in the processed meat industry (cold cuts/sausages) is desirable.
