About the Role:

We are looking for hard-working production operators to join our team. We are a food manufacturing facility that specializes in coextruded gels and casings. The Production Operator’s role is responsible for operating extrusion machines, problem-solving and troubleshooting. The responsibilities include keeping the production area clean, preparing machinery and equipment for use, and strictly following health, safety, environmental, and food safety guidelines.

To be successful as a production worker you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. An outstanding production worker should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality. We are willing to train and develop the right candidates.

The successful candidate will be run machines, using various tools and equipment to prepare product. Be willing to consult with Team Leads and other personnel to diagnose and resolve problems, such as equipment performance, output quality, and schedules.  Provide quality control analysis by conducting inspections of product and equipment to evaluate quality and performance, also confer with management and co-workers to resolve machine, operator, and/or product quality issues.

We are looking for production associates in our extrusion and shirring departments.  The roles range from shirring operators, utility operators, and extrusion operators.
